Robust Control of Repeated Drug Administration with Variable Doses Based on Uncertain Mathematical Model

The aim of this paper was to design a repeated drug administration strategy reach and maintain the requested concentration in body. Conservative designs require an exact knowledge pharmacokinetic parameters, which is considered unrealistic demand. problem usually resolved using trial-and-error open-loop approach; yet, can be insufficient due parametric uncertainties as dosing may induce undesired behavior concentrations. Therefore, presented approach rather based on paradigms system control theory. An algorithm designed that computes required doses administered blood samples. Since essentially discrete time process, entire considers domain. We have also idea applying methodology for stabilization unstable model, instance, model tumor growth. simulation experiments demonstrated all variants proposed desired robustly, i.e., despite presence uncertainties, way superior traditional approach. It shown closed-loop with integral controller stabilizing state feedback robust against large uncertainties.
